What is causing the Learning Management System to continually loop back to the login screen?

If you experience continual looping when attempting to login, the probable cause is the local time setting on your workstation being set to the wrong date and/or time. Check that the time and date are set correctly, then clear the cache and history of your internet browser to fix the problem.

How do I setup the Learning Management System client-side access on my computer?

All users (including the System Administrator, Teachers, Students, and Superintendents/ Principals) access the Learning Management System (LMS) through a Web browser. Users can open LMS by typing the LMS login URL in the address bar of Internet Explorer. User access to LMS can be made easier by setting the LMS login page as a browser’s home page and/or setting the LMS login page as a Favorite or Bookmark in a browser.

Macromedia Shockwave (v. 8.5.1) and Flash (v. 6) players must be installed for both IBM-PC and Macintosh computers. To check your Macromedia version click on the following link: Macromedia Shockwave/Flash Player. To troubleshoot your players go to: Shockwave Support Center and/or Flash Support Center. For more information on Macromedia players go to: Macromedia FAQs.

For Macintosh computers (OS 8.1 to 9.2), Apple's own Java virtual machine, Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ) version 2.2.5, should also be installed. MRJ is used to render Web pages using the Java language. For more information go here: Mac OS Runtime for Java 2.2.6 Software and Information.

For IBM-PC computers, Scripting of Java applets must be enabled in Microsoft's Internet Explorer. This can be done from the Security tab under Internet Options. If Java errors continue, update Microsoft's virtual machine.
